Love the expectation

of a never seen before destination

Love counting down the months and years

fighting the cancellation fears

Love packing the kitchen sink

overflowing to the brink

Love being excited todays the day

Going down the driveway on my way

Love the open camaraderie

of a sharing a new road and discovery

Love the days and the nights

love the long train made of bikes

Love all the journey and heading home

making new friends and seeing ones I’ve known

Love getting closer to those I love

riding with clear blue skies up above

Love chatting about a long straight and a nice bend

sad that the ride will soon come to an end .
