No not my body or my brain

Cause it remained the same.

After diet, gym, and the Aquacise thing

Holidays and Christmas came along.

New Years the same old song.

Feeling Frumpy and Grumpy is the norm for my age.

Because the song remains the same, turn the page.

The Moonlight sky in the dark

My home decor and all that I adore.

Yes, it was the same before

The cushions, flowers, plants

Framed memories of romance,

Bookcase & cabinet, Couch and table setting!

This must be me.

All are arranged deep from the Heart.
