Books - A New World

It’s hard to put a good book down.

It’s even harder to pick one up

To find the time to sit and read

While sipping on a cup

So few hours in one day

I read a book three years ago

It was two hundred and twenty pages

The first in twenty years or so

The last story I enjoyed.

Came via a podcast

I lay down in bed

Fell asleep real fast

Took a whole year

For the story to unfold

Suicide could destroy a family

Or strengthen their hold
